- Emergency Rescue Services: Mobilizing resources to assist injured, stranded, or distressed animals.
- Veterinary Treatment & Healthcare: Administering medical care, surgeries, and routine treatments under trained or professional supervision.
- Nutritional & Hydration Support: Procuring and distributing daily nutritious fodder, specialized feed, and clean drinking water to sheltered animals.
- Rehabilitation Care: Providing dedicated long-term physical care and rehabilitation spaces for disabled, elderly, or recovering cows.
- Infrastructure & Gaushala Expansion: Developing, acquiring, and maintaining land, shelters, and facilities required to sustain animal welfare initiatives.
3. Donations, Contributions, and Fund Allocation
- Voluntary Contributions: All monetary donations, sponsorships, and material contributions made to the Trust are completely voluntary.
- Donor Information: Donors must ensure that all personal, tax (e.g., PAN), and financial information provided during transactions is accurate and complete.
- Fund Deployment: While donors may indicate a preference for a specific cause (e.g., fodder supply or emergency rescue), the Trust reserves full operational discretion to reallocate funds to other urgent animal welfare needs where necessary.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- General Non-Refundability: Due to the nature of charitable operations and the immediate commitment of funds toward fodder procurement, emergency rescue costs, and medical supplies, all donations are strictly non-refundable.
- Transaction Discrepancies: In the case of genuine technical errors (e.g., double-charging or unauthorized card usage), donors must notify us at dev1234sharan@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Refund claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon submission of valid transaction receipts.
5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
- Emergency Response: Emergency rescue and medical services are subject to localized resource availability, shelter capacity, and operational constraints. The Trust does not guarantee immediate response times for every rescue alert.
- Veterinary Outcomes: While we prioritize high standards of care, veterinary treatments and rehabilitation efforts carry inherent biological risks. The Trust does not warrant or guarantee specific medical outcomes for critically ill or injured animals.

Intellectual Property Rights All original content on our physical and digital assets—including logos, text, imagery, rescue documentation, and media—is the exclusive intellectual property of Shri Radha Rani Seva Nyas. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shri Radha Rani Seva Nyas, its trustees, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- The use of or inability to use our digital platforms or services.
- Unanticipated delays in emergency response.
